Her spiritual journey began 49 years ago at the Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Beech Island, SC and continues at the Mt. R. Riley Youth Choir which later turned into the Youth Department.  She worked hard and consistent with the youth and loved it for 30 years.  She was also in the Deaconess and Senior Choir, and Home Mission Ministries.

In 2001, she redesigned her positions and felt completely at peace as she trained others to take her positions because God had a plan for her, and He was already working it out.  So, in March 2002, she became the first woman to be licensed of the Gospel at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  She served as assistant Sunday School Teacher and assisted with many Church functions in house and the CSRA under the leadership of Reverend Henry Ingram.  She also started a Prayer Ministry every Thursday in her neighborhood which still remains current today.

Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church was without a pastor for two years but Minister Ingram worked faithfully with the Deacon Ministry in whatever capacity needed as God utilized her as the driver.  She assisted with the membership body as well as the Church structure—to the point she took a “Pulpit Etiquette” class under Dr. Ronald Coleman of Valley Fair Baptist Church to better equip herself for God’s mission.

Minister Ingram’s mission in life is to educate and empower God’s children by teaching and preaching, but most of all by living the Word.

On September 7, 2008, Minister Moore was licensed in the Ministry serving faithfully as a daughter of the house at New Land New Seed Ministries, Augusta GA, under the leadership of Pastor Alonzo H. Pressley.  While a part of the ministry she held various positions to include preacher and teacher, choir member, usher, newsletter editor and church administrator. In 2012, after much prayer, Minister Moore and her family returned home to Mt. Zion, where she is currently serving as a daughter of the house and President of the Women’s Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Paul H. Bush.

Minister Moore retired from the military in January 2010, as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force Reserves serving a total of twenty-two years.   During her career she served in numerous positions to include Clinic Information Manager, Patient Medical Evacuation Manager, Airmen Leadership School Instructor, Unit Training Manager, and Superintendent of Health Services Management.  Throughout her career Minister Moore has appeared as the guest speaker at many retirements, graduations, and special programs in the local community and while serving in the military.
